§2 Eligibility and Registration

Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all associated accounts will be suspended, and combined balances may be forfeited at vk889's sole discretion. §3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Security of Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your vk889 login credentials. 4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits at vk889 are processed in PKR. The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR. vk889 does not charge deposit processing fees on standard transactions. 4.4 No Money Laundering

vk889 is strictly prohibited from facilitating money laundering or financial crime. Depositing funds at vk889 with no genuine intention to engage in gaming activity — for the purpose of withdrawing funds via a different payment channel — constitutes suspected money laundering and will be reported to the appropriate Pakistani financial authorities. vk889 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks and cooperates fully with relevant authorities.

§5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

§6 Game Rules and Betting

All games available on vk889 — including live casino tables, jackpot slots, RNG table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the specific rules of each game as defined by the relevant game provider. vk889 hosts games from certified providers including Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, and Blueprint Gaming, among others. Each provider's games are governed by independently certified RNG systems and maintain RTP percentages as published.

§8 Intellectual Property

• Using vk889 for money laundering, financial crime, or any illegal activity

• Abusing vk889 bonuses or promotional offers in bad faith
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vk889 staff or other players
• Attempting to access vk889 accounts belonging to other players

§10 Account Suspension and Termination

vk889 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: confirmed breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, receipt of a chargeback on a deposit transaction, or at the request of the account holder.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation of suspected fraud or terms breach, associated PKR balances will be held pending the outcome of the investigation. vk889 commits to completing account investigations within a reasonable timeframe and communicating outcomes to the affected player via their registered email address. Where termination results from a verified terms breach, associated balances may be forfeited. Where termination is at the player's own request (voluntary closure), any remaining eligible PKR balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method after standard KYC verification.

§11 Responsible Gaming

Where a game session is interrupted by a confirmed technical failure on vk889's infrastructure, vk889 will investigate and resolve the affected wager in accordance with its technical incident policy.

§13 Amendments and Governing Law

vk889 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via their registered email address and/or an in-platform notification no less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, unless an immediate amendment is required to address legal compliance or security concerns. Continued use of vk889 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms may close their account and withdraw any eligible PKR balance before the amended Terms take effect.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English language version shall govern in the event of any dispute or ambiguity arising from translation.
